Based at Harvard University, our team of researchers and policy analysts work together to analyze new data and create a platform for local stakeholders to make more informed decisions.
Assistant Director of Research Administration
Westley Cineus is the Assistant Director of Research Administration at Opportunity Insights. Prior to joining the team, he worked as a Senior Research Officer at the Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering; where he managed a sponsored research portfolio with labs across multiple institutions including Harvard Medical School and Harvard’s School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. His past work experience also includes sponsored research at the central level as a Financial Analyst for Harvard’s Office of Sponsored Programs, then later serving as the Research Administration Specialist at the Earth and Planetary Sciences. Westley received his BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Cambridge College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Louisiana State University in Shreveport.
