A central part of Opportunity Insights’ mission is to train the next generation of researchers and policy leaders on methods to study and improve economic opportunity and related social problems.
Based at Harvard University, our team of researchers and policy analysts work together to analyze new data and create a platform for local stakeholders to make more informed decisions.
Upward Mobility Fellow
Clare is a third-year Ph.D. student in Economics at Harvard, where she studies economic inequality and mobility using tools from labor and public economics. Currently, she is an Upward Mobility Fellow sponsored jointly by Opportunity Insights and EdRedesign. She is also a Stone PhD Scholar in Inequality and Wealth Concentration. Prior to graduate school, she was a predoctoral fellow at Opportunity Insights from 2020-22, and received her BA in Public Policy with a minor in Statistics from the University of Chicago.
