Sebi Devlin-Foltz is a Policy Associate at Opportunity Insights where he works on a range of policy areas geared toward improving economic mobility for low-income families. His past work experience includes time as a research assistant at the Federal Reserve Board, and a position in the development department at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities. At the Federal Reserve, his research and policy work focused on household finance, wealth inequality, and retirement security. A native of Silver Spring Maryland, he has a BA in economics and international relations from Occidental College, and a Master in Public Affairs from Princeton University focused on economics and public policy.
