Rayshauna Gray

Policy Administrative Coordinator

Rayshauna Gray is an Administrative Coordinator at Opportunity Insights. Prior to joining the team, she channeled her creativity and love of history into her research for Tufts University’s Center for the Study of Race & Democracy. Her past work experience includes coordinating Harvard Business School’s Gender Initiative and advancing Pay Equity, Anti-Shackling, Healthy Youth, and Transgender Equal Access and Public Accommodations legislation with the National Organization for Women in Massachusetts. She’s currently finishing her book, Roseland (Belt Publishing, 2020), which narrates the last 200 years of the nation’s history through the stories of seven generations of women in Gray’s family. Gray is from the south side of Chicago and presently resides in Cambridge, MA.
