Julie Hansen

Assistant Director of Research Administration and Finance

Julie Hansen is the Assistant Director of Research Administration and Finance at Opportunity Insights. In her role, she builds financial plans to support OI’s work and ensures efficient stewardship of donor and sponsored funding. Julie is passionate about process improvement and enjoys creative problem-solving. Julie has worked with higher education and research nonprofits with a focus on financial and grants management for over 20 years, including financial planning and analysis, consulting, and change management roles. She holds a B.A. in Religion from Wesleyan University and a certificate in accounting from Cornell University.
